Ingredients

  • 3 boiled pieces of yam
  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • Shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

How we do it, step by step

  1. Mash yam, wheat flour, butter and shredded chicken in a bowl with little water
  2. Wet your hands and form sticks
  3. Place a pan on heat, add your vegetable oil and deep fry till golden brown
