Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Plantain
  • 2 Eggs
  • Shredded Carrots and Spring Onions
  • 1 tablespoon of Peak 456
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Pepper

How we do it, step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Peel plantain and mash with carrots, Peak 456, spring onions, ground pepper, coconut oil and salt
  3. Add little water to thin it out into a paste
  4. Pour into cups and bake for 10- 15 minutes
